Dental Prophylaxis: (Dental Cleaning)
Soft Tissue Surgeries: (ie. Mass Removals, Wound Repairs, Enucleation, Exploratory Laparotomy, Aural Hematoma Repair, Foreign Body Removal, Cystotomy, and others)
Orthopedic Surgeries: (ie. Limb Amputation, TPLO, MPL Repair, Fracture Repair, FHO, and others)
Imaging: (Radiographs including Dental Radiography, Ultrasound, CTScan) Some Imaging services do require a schedule appointment, depending on the recommendation of the veterinarian.
Emergency and Urgent Care:
Hospitalization: In some cases 24hr. care is required, Veterinarian in charge of your pet will make recommendations in those cases.
Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us, and come to the hospital immediately. If possible, call before coming in so that our staff can prepare to receive your pet.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such a snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible, call before coming in so that our team can prepare for your pet's emergency situation.
Drop-off exams: When the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments.
Park Community Animal Hospital offers discounted services to Senior Citizens, Military, and local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for discounts, please call us for more information on requirements.
